Chimney Reline System C0mponents
Chimney Cap (RCC): Constructed of long lasting 24 guage stainless steel. Prevents water seepage to the inside of the heating appliance and preserve the concrete crown.
Storm Collar (RSC): Sealed to liner pipe with Silicone (RASil) to prevent water seepage to the outside of the heating appliance.
Support Clamp (RSC): Clamps onto liner pipe to support the vertical weight of liner system.
Top Support Plate (R1212, R1216, R1414, and R1818): bonded to chimney top and is placed below support clamp, with or without 1" sides.
Ceramic Fibre Blanket (RACBF): Wraps around liner pipe to insulate and maintain higher internal temperatures. Two other types are available (refer to sections #7 and #8 available (refer to sections #7 and #8 of the installation instructions). The fibre is secured by either Wire Wrap (RAW) or a SS Mesh Soc (RASoc).
Rigid Pipe: Constructed of type 304 24 guage stainless steel. Available in 6" 12" 18" 24" 36" and 48" lengths, with 3", 4", 6”, 7" and 8” diameters.
4 Stainless Steel Rivets (RA18R) or Self Tap Tek Screws (RATS): are required at each joint.
Flex Hose: Constructed from type 304, 24 guage, 4 ply interlocked stainless steel. Available in 5 ft. increments up to 25 ft. in length with, round or oval configuration.
Clearance Spacer (RCS): Clamps-around ridged or flex pipe around ridged or flex pipe to maintain a surrounding airspace.
Flex Adapter (RFFA): Adapts flex hose to collar of appliance or other corresponding parts.
Spark Arrester (RSA): Fits inside chimney cap to reduce spanks. Recommended for homes with shake roots or in close vicinity of trees.
Two Piece Slip Section (RSJ): Allows for adjustment in length of rigid pipe.
Flex Connector (RFFC): Used when joining two sections of flexible hose.
Vented Top Support Plate (RV1212, RV1414 or RV1818): To be used when re-lining a chimney without the required airspace to combustibles.
Non Adjustable Elbow (R15, R30 or R45): Used in areas where necessary angles exceed the limitations of Flex Hose.
Two Part Tee (RTPT): Used when inside dimension of chimney is too small to allow insertion of One Part Tee (ROPT). One Part Tee is also available.
Oval To Round Adapter (RFORA): Used when connecting round components to oval flex.
